Privacy Policy

ApplyPitch uses the information you submit to prepare your free no-interview diagnosis and, if you upgrade, your paid full report. This may include your email address, resume file, target job description, application results, and notes about your job search.

Your resume and job description are processed by ApplyPitch software and AI-assisted systems to generate your digital diagnosis report. We do not sell uploaded documents or use them in public examples without your permission.

We keep submitted materials only as long as needed to generate reports, handle support, prevent abuse, and improve the software workflow. You can request deletion by emailing support@applypitch.com.

In production, submitted requests are stored in ApplyPitch access-controlled server-side database records, and uploaded resume files are stored in a private file storage bucket. Access is limited to the systems and personnel needed to generate reports, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, and operate ApplyPitch.

Payment is not required for the free diagnosis. If you upgrade to the paid full report, checkout may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their privacy terms apply to payment information.
