ApplyPitch uses the information you submit to prepare and deliver your free fit check and, if you upgrade, your paid full report. This may include your email address, resume file, target job description, and notes about your job search.

Your resume and job description may be processed with AI-assisted tools and manually reviewed before delivery. We do not sell uploaded documents or use them in public examples without your permission.

We keep submitted materials only as long as needed to deliver the service, handle support, and improve the workflow. You can request deletion by emailing meyuhuan@gmail.com.

The built-in submission flow stores each request in server-side storage configured by the site operator. In production, this should be backed by a private persistent store or replaced with a trusted form provider.

Payment is not required for the free fit check. If you upgrade to the paid full report, payment links may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their privacy terms apply to payment information.
